Demand for training is expected to be strong when Microsoft’s new flagship operating system arrives in stores on October 22nd

Tampa, FL, September 21, 2009 — K Alliance has announced that Windows 7 learning is indeed possible - even before the official release of Microsoft Windows 7 in late October of this year. According to K Alliance’s spokesman, “The new operating system is expected to be a hit with consumers and organizations alike, with many having skipped Windows Vista completely. Vista users will be relatively comfortable with the changes but those users moving from Windows XP to Windows 7 are likely to encounter significant changes.”

The release of K Alliance’s Windows 7 training video allows end-users to see Windows 7 in action as demonstrated by a video-based, certified instructor. By watching a series of self-study Microsoft Windows 7 training videos, trainees can get a firsthand look at Windows 7 and learn how to get the most out of the new operating system. K Alliance has developed the courseware with user-friendliness and maximum learning in mind. For end-users who want to learn Windows 7, training CD classes allow them to do so at their own pace by watching instructor-led videos directly on their computers. The CD contains a set of videos that show users how to work with the Windows 7 operating system as well as interactive content that allows them to get hands-on practice performing Windows 7-specific steps.

In addition to CD-based courseware, K Alliance offers the training online as either a self-paced or live training option. The self-paced videos are viewable from any Internet-connected computer for on demand studies while the virtual classroom courses must be attended according to the class’s schedule. The live classes allow students to learn how to work with the new Microsoft operating system alongside other students in an online training room. These are live classes featuring a certified instructor.

While training end-users is critical, K Alliance has also developed Windows 7 courses that cater to the IT crowd. IT professionals must be well-trained in upgrading, installing, configuring, and deploying Windows 7 while desktop support technicians must know how to troubleshoot issues and help end-users. Courses focused on the Microsoft certifications that require Windows 7 skills are also now available from K Alliance in a variety of convenient training formats.
