Raleigh, NC, September 30, 2009 — BizCom Web Services, Inc. reveals an enhancement to their hosted Office Communications Server R2 with Live Meeting. Live Meeting is Microsoft’s answer to web conferencing and allows users to host ad hoc and scheduled meetings from Office Communicator or Outlook 2007. The enhancement allows customers using BizCom’s Hosted Office Communications Server to invite unnamed users to join their Live Meetings; they will no longer be restricted to users from their own domain.

Being able to host meetings with external users will reduce your reliance on third party vendors for web conferencing.
