More than 14,000 online shopping sites use the popular osCommerce Online Merchant software (http://www.oscommerce.com/) to build their online storefronts and shopping carts. Online shoppers will interact with the osCommerce software whether purchasing apparel, games, jewelry, music, travel or travel accessories, or virtually any other item that can be sold over the Internet. The software is written mainly in PHP and run on the MySQL database platform.
