Rochester, NY, December 9, 2009 — Learning solutions provider Element K has been awarded a perfect rating of 5.0/5.0 from ProCert Labs for their CompTIA A+ instructor-led training courseware for the 2009 Objectives. ProCert Labs is the quality assurance standard for curriculum alignment.
