I am a professional musician, I hadn’t planned on really listening to my LP’s when I bought this turntable, I only wanted a high quality turntable to permit me to transfer my old LP’s to disc. I still can’t believe my ears when playing my 20+ year old LP’s on this turntable. For little group jazz, the sound is much better than the CD’s I have of the exact same material. I have never belived that LP’s could ever sound much better than a CD, now I do, even though when it comes to orchestral music, I still believe CD’s still sound much better because of lack of compression. My music studio has 10 speakers, 2 amps and all kinds of effects processors to make digital music come alive. I never would have believed a turntable and 2 speakers could produce nearly the exact same impact. Certain, you will find pops and hisses on occasion, but the warmth and size of the sound stage is well worth it. This turntable tracks perfectly and is simple to balance the tonearm. Extremely recommended.

This turntable gives a great sound. I never realized the fantastic sound from vinyl until now. Within the past we just had low cost turntables and cartridges that came within the old record players or consoles. I extremely suggest it.
