FI Compliance Solutions Adds Peter M. Buffone as VP of Sales and Channels

King of Prussia, PA, July 14, 2009 — FI Compliance Solutions announced the addition of Peter M. Buffone as the Vice President of Sales and Channels. Buffone brings nearly four decades of compliance and risk management experience with financial institutions to the company. FI Compliance provides software which enables banks and credit unions to focus on corporate governance and regulatory compliance.

Previously Buffone was responsible for providing risk management solutions to community banks and credit unions through a major information technology provider serving the financial institution sector. Buffone also held positions that included senior manager of corporate internal audit in a regional multi-bank holding company, vice president and manager of loan and deposit operations for a large regional bank, and executive vice president, Senior Operations officer and CIO for two community banking institutions.

Buffone was also a principal of a New England-based Risk Management consulting firm that served the needs of banks and credit unions. He is a graduate of several special focus banking schools, including the School for Bank Administration and the School for International Banking.
