The new non-profit organization is changing lives one costume at a time by collecting new and used Halloween costumes for underprivileged kids

The new non-profit organization is changing lives one costume at a time by working towards its goal to provide a Halloween costume to each and every underprivileged child in Palm Beach County this Halloween.
