Looking at Overall Energy Needs Provides For a Better End Result

The Global NES process (if applicable) starts with energy analysis and subsequent reduction measures. Beginning with energy reduction should result in a smaller more efficient system being installed and a savings in both money and energy. It then moves into technology selection with a solution that is best for the client. This may be solar, wind, geothermal, hydro, gray water reclamation or others depending upon the specific motivations, needs and requirements of the customer. At this point, all financial considerations are provided to the client including cost of the system, applicable incentives, financing options and the project’s return on investment. After the project has been approved and contracted, Global NES begins the installation and upon its commissioning, provides a monitoring system and maintenance training for the client.
Providing the client with a clear picture of all phases of their energy needs is a difficult process because each situation is unique and specific to the individual client. According to Warren Rose, the President & CEO of Global NES, “It is not an easy task, but giving each client exactly what meets their overall needs and requirements is the right thing to do. Providing them with anything less is just fulfilling part of their needs by simply selling them a product or service and that is not who we are. Even in our name the NES stands for New Energy Solutions and that is what we do, providing our clients with solutions not just making a sale to them.”
Although this approach is intricate and complex internally for Global NES, the customer simply sees the end result which is a compilation of answers to all their energy questions and solutions that are specific to them and not a cookie-cutter industry approach.
