You Cannot Manage What You Do Not Measure

Global NES, Inc. begins with an in-depth energy analysis and evaluation focusing on building construction, occupancy patterns, mechanical and electrical systems including HVAC and lighting. They design, present and coordinate energy reduction measures that improve facility efficiency, reduce operating cost and maximize shareholder value.
Benefits of Energy Reduction Measures
- Reduce operating expenses and improve cash flow by dramatically reducing energy/utility consumptions
- Identify and reduce energy waste
- Capitalize on federal tax deductions and other government incentives
- Increase the value of your facility
- Decrease maintenance time and costs
- Secure favorable interest rates and terms through Green Financing Options
- Make a positive contribution to the environment by reducing your carbon foot print and greenhouse gas emissions
Don’t be fooled…there is a big difference between an energy audit and an energy analysis and not all analysis companies are alike. Most of what you will find is energy audits. In many cases this is a cursory on-site walkthrough of the building. It is followed by a simple savings spreadsheet that outlines low to no-cost conservation measures that concentrate primarily on lighting or other “low hanging fruit”.
A true energy analysis is a complex process involving a much more thorough and rigorous engineering analysis with extensive data collection. The end result is a greater attention to capital-intensive projects and a very accurate and detailed report with cost and savings calculations on specific activities.
Global NES also partners with their Clients to ensure maximum Return on Investment by identifying and coordinating favorable financing options and ensuring Clients take advantage of all possible rebates, grants and tax incentives.
If a complete, comprehensive energy program is the goal, by including energy analysis and subsequent reduction measures the client will have a smaller, less expensive and more efficient renewable energy system.
