Experienced Media Industry Execs Will Oversee Product Management and Digital Development

As Vice President of Product Management, New will be responsible for the development of INVISION’s product roadmap and overall product strategy and will work closely with the sales and client services teams to roll out new products to INVISION’s client base. As Vice President of Digital Development, Passante will lead architecture and engineering for the company’s extension of DealMaker into advanced television and digital media. As Director of Digital Product Management, Maxwell will be responsible for digital product strategy, management and development.
Offered on both an enterprise and hosted basis, INVISION’s software-based solutions manage the sale of more than $13 billion in annual television advertising inventory, helping media outlets increase the revenue yield on available advertising inventory. INVISION has established valuable and trusted relationships with a wide array of customers representing over 40 media outlets such as Comcast, NBC Universal, Sony Pictures Television, and Univision.
About Jennifer New, Vice President, Product Management
Jennifer New brings more than twelve years of experience building advertising sales solutions and managing client relationships in linear television. She is one of the industry’s leading experts on the development and implementation of integrated systems for advertising sales and commercial operations. For the past four years, New has been Senior Product Engineer at Sintec Media. Previously she spent eight years at Management Science Associates (MSA), where she held several roles including Director of Client Operations, Product Management and Account Management for the Gabriel system, serving as managing director for three of MSA’s business units and responsible for product design, implementation and account management for Gabriel’s clients. New is a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University.
About Christopher Passante, Vice President, Digital Development
Chris Passante most recently served as Chief Architect of AOL Advertising, where he architected major ad server migration and integration programs for multiple acquired ad serving companies. Previously he was Director of Development at Appix, managing the development of mortgage-backed securities allocation systems. Passante also held several positions at startup ventures. As a consultant, he developed first generation products for MobilePosse Inc. and Gamefly Inc. He served as Architect at eToys.com, where he developed the site’s search engine, and a Senior Software Engineer and later Director of Development at CitySearch.com, where he built the first major local city guide on the web. Passante holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Florida State University and an M.S. in Computer Science from California State University – Fullerton.
About Dan Maxwell, Director, Digital Product Management
Dan Maxwell is a digital media professional with experience in product strategy, business development and emerging markets. After eight years at a retail brokerage firm, Maxwell made the leap to digital media joining Advertising.com in 2005 and continuing there as part of AOL Advertising until 2010. While at Advertising.com and AOL Advertising, he led several new product and business initiatives, including the launch of a new joint venture business, Advertising.com Japan. Maxwell earned his BA at York College of Pennsylvania and later received his MBA from University of Maryland, Robert H. Smith School of Business.
