MED3OOO Appoints Hillary Harlan as Chief Compliance Officer

An attorney as well as Registered Nurse, Hillary has experience working with physician practices, hospital systems, and long-term care facilities. Prior to joining MED3OOO, she served as Director of Compliance and Legal Services for Preferred Care Partners Management Group, LP based in Dallas, Texas. In this position, she filled the roles of Corporate Compliance Officer and HIPAA Privacy Officer, and was responsible for licensure, regulatory, and risk management activities.

In her new role as CCO, Ms. Harlan will be responsible for the oversight of MED3OOO’s corporate compliance and ethics program, as well as compliance oversight for MED3OOO’s operating units throughout the U.S.

Ms. Harlan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Southern Methodist University, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing and a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from Texas Tech University.
